You understand that participation in fitness training, nutrition plans and wellness therapies carries risk of injury or health issues, especially if you have medical conditions or physical limitations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resistance USA will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of data or business interruption arising from your use of the Website or Services—even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Our Website or Services may include links to third-party websites, resources, or wellness providers not controlled by us. We are not responsible for those third parties’ content or practices. Your use of any such third parties is at your own risk.
